Camilla Belle = errr..she is 22 so technically not a teenager, she starred with Joe Jonas in his Lovebug music video.

Joe Jonas was kinda dating Taylor Swift.

They broke up a month ago.

Taylor Swift decide to write a song "Always and Forever" about her split with Jonas.

Taylor Swift told the world how he broke up with her on the phone and it was just a 27 seconds phone call break up.

Then we found out that he is now cozy with new girl Camilla Belle.

Taylor Swift told this to USmagazine . "They've been together since we broke up, that's why we broke up - because he met her."

To protect his goody image, Joe Jonas defended himself in his myspace posting :-

- I did not end the 27 second phone call, the other person did.

- I did not cheat on my girlfriend

- It was issues in relationship that led to a change of heart

Another development in the Joe Jonas and Taylor Swift break-up.

Since Taylor Swift been talking about the break-up obviously from her point of view of how Joe Jonas broke-up with her over the phone in 27 seconds and the fact that they broke up because of Camilla Belle whom is now dating Joe Jonas.......so the darling goody goody Joe Jonas has come back with his defense in his MySpace post.

Although he doesn't mention Swift by name, the teen idol makes clear, he's referring to the country star, who has been speaking and singing about the split.

"Several things I will state with all my heart, I never cheated on a girlfriend. It might make someone feel better to assume or imply I have been unfaithful but it is simply not true. Maybe there were reasons for a breakup. Maybe the heart moved on. Perhaps feelings changed. I am truly saddened that anything would potentially cause you to think less of me.

For those who have expressed concern over the '27 second' phone call, I called to discuss feelings with the other person, Those feelings were obviously not well received. I did not end the conversation. Someone else did. Phone calls can only last as long as the person on the other end of the line is willing to talk."

Anytime you are in a relationship for any length of time there are going to be issues. Sometimes they resolve. Other times they lead to a change of heart. This was the case recently. Joe Jonas, one of the famous Jonas Brother broke up with Taylor Swift on a 27 seconds phone call last month. Naturally Taylor Swift is rather bitter about it and have been talking about how they broke up.

To add salt to the wound, Joe Jonas apparently has been getting cozy with 10,000 BC actress Camilla Belle. Jonas, 19, met Belle, 22, when she starred in his new music video for Lovebug, which was shot Sept. 19.

"They are not public about it, but they've been hanging out with their friends and Joe's brothers," a source tells Usmagazine.com. "They're very private." Well, let's see how long they can keep it private!!

What is this? Is this a new in thing? Dumping yr gf or bf over the phone. This is the second "phone dump" I've heard this week! First it was Terri Seymour dumping Simon Cowell on the phone after a six year relationship.

Now it is Joe Jonas (of the famous Jonas brothers) dumping his girlfriend Taylor Swift over the phone on a record 27 seconds.

She candidly told Ellen Degeneres on The Ellen show "It was, like, a record, I think, for how quick. I looked at the call log - it was like 27 seconds. That’s got to be a record."

Poor girl! DO you think it is right to dump someone over the phone???
