Heath Ledger - nominated for the Golden Globe - would he win?

Good for him! Heath Ledger's performance as the Joker the Batman blockbuster, The Dark Knight has earned the late actor a Golden Globe nomination,

Indeed, it is great honor and personally I think well deserved.

Commenting on the honor of being nominated for best performance by an actor in a supporting role, Heath's Perth, Australia-based father, Kim Ledger, said in a statement to PEOPLE, "We thank the Hollywood Foreign Press Association for honoring Heath's performance in The Dark Knight. This nomination is deeply appreciated and is not lost on those of us who continue to love and miss him. We are so proud our boy's work is being recognized in this way."

The unbelievably adorable 2-year-old offspring of Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes has beat out her fellow peers (meaning other celebrity's babies) to rank No. 1 with on Forbes.com's second annual list of Hollywood's Hottest Tots.

All the kiddies who made the top 10 had to be 5 years old or younger, and their ranking was based on who had the biggest media presence, both in print and on the Web.

Others who made the cut were some tykes with names like Shiloh Jolie Pitt, Matilda Legder and Sean Preston (Britney's son).
