Shania Twain Stands TALL at CMA

Shania Twain hit the red carpet last week as a presenter for the Country Music Awards for the first time since splitting with her husband.

In May 2008, Shania Twain announced that she is divorcing her husband of 14 years, Robert "Mutt" Lange, after he allegedly had an affair with her best friend and former secretary. What a tradegy? To be betrayed by your husband and your best friend. That must suck big time!!

Anyway, everyone was glad to see her looking radiant and beautiful at the CMAs and apparently she even received a standing ovation when she appeared.

"It's good to see all of you, too," she said. "I hope to be seeing a lot more of you."

She has reportedly been writing songs for a new album.
