This guy is so fast, he has beaten the World Record on both all routines to clinch the Gold medals.
Minutes ago, he won his 3rd Gold in the 200meter backstroke.
So do you think Michael Phelps can do it?

Azzrizal - I agree he was not that fast in the relays. Also I think it is a bit unfair cos the focus is always on him. 4 guys won the relay but the news constantly just mention Michael Phelps
