The phrase Hong Kong feet is often refered to smelly feet. I know Botox can cure wrinkles but never heard that it can cure smelly feet.

Anyway, Sharon Stone suggested Botox treatment to treat smelly feet, not her own but for her 8 year old son, Roan!!

This news came from the custody battle between Sharon Stone and ex husband Phil Bronstein. The judge declared that Sharon Stone "appeared to have overreacted to many medical issues involving the kids.

Stone also suspected that son Roan had a spinal problem despite "no evidence to support the allegation.

In Superior Court papers, the judge also said Stone "delegates many of her parenting responsibilities to third parties" and has "simply refused" to participate in counseling unless her "schedule is accommodated and her demands are met."

Custody of children are with the dad and Sharon Stone now has visitation of Roan for one weekend a month and on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Worst if your insurer refuse to pay - that is a BIG thing.

The battle continues on Heath Ledger million dollar estate.

He died young and so sudden. He did not change his will to leave anything to his 3 year old daughter Matilda whom he had with actress Michelle Williams. His will left everything to his parents and sisters.

However this week, Heath's family has decided to give all the money to Matilda. I think that is the right thing to do.

But latest report from USmagazine.com indicated that an insurance company is delaying paying up a US10million policy as they want to investigate further if Heath Ledger died by suicide.

This is really sick of insurance companies. They want your money and they sell you that it is for your protection in future, for your family, kids etc. But when you are in trouble , you are DIED....these companies will try to bail out on you. Try to find reasons after reasons why they can't pay up. It is sick.

I hope little Matilda will get the money her daddy left for her.

I am happy for her. She is finally getting her life back in order.


This looks like her comeback year. With Kevin Federline almost behind her......she looks ready to take control of her life again.

Sex and The City - Younger version?

Ohh...this is interesting.

News hit last week that Sex and the City author Candace Bushnell will pen a series of books for the young adult audience following the iconic Carrie in her early years.

Ohh! I think it is just so smart of her. Sex and The City original idea was for women 30s and above but it has just garnered so much hype and popularity. I am rooting that the book for the younger adults will be an instant hit too.

Looks like we may have another new TV series in our hands.

Guess who may potential play the younger Carrie Bradshaw? Ha ha....... Miley Cyrus!

Infact Miley has expressed interest to do a version of Sex and The City....Candace thinks that Miley is adorable but also said it too early in the creative process to decide who will play Carrie.

The book will come out in 2010 so hold your horses...

Dennis Quaid, Meg Ryan - who was unfaithful?

Wow! I always thought it was Meg Ryan who was unfaithful. She was one of my favourite actress and I thought that she had a perfect life and a wonderful supportive husband in Dennis Quaid and a son. So when she opening pursued her adoration for Russell Crowe ( had an affair while they were filming Proof of Life) and failed not only in not getting Russell Crowe but also managed to destroy her marriage with Dennis Quaid. I was disappointed in her.

How could she do this to herself?

But I was surprised to read that actually Dennis Quaid was the one that was unfaithful to Meg Ryan. In a surprising revelation to InStyle magazine, Meg Ryan revealed that Dennis Quaid was unfaithful to her for a long time and that it was painful. She defended Rusell Crowe to say he was not at fault in breaking up her marriage.

It was definitely a revelation as Meg Ryan never mentioned it even though they have divorced for 8 years. In response to her interview with InStyle magazine, Dennis Quaid did not admit but his statements confirmes that he was unfaithful. Quaid tells New York's Daily News, "It was eight years ago, and I find it unbelievable that Meg continues publicly to rehash and rewrite the story of our relationship." Isn't that an in direct admittance?

I guess there is always 2 sides to a story. I am glad that her side is out. For better or worse. I just hope she is happy now.

Much have been said on whether she is really happy as Mrs Tom Cruise. I don't know what she is really getting out of that marriage but for sure if I was here I would just hang on to that adorable daugther of hers.

According to NY Daily - The drama started before the curtains went up in the Gerald Schoenfeld Theater with a group of about 20 protesters, some masked, chanting "Scientology is a cult" and "Free Katie".

Womanizer is Britney's lastest single. Much anticipated by her fans but I am not sure this pop star still has it. Well, I think she will definitely do well but whether her songs will be hits like previous, that we will have to wait and see.

Heather Locklear Arrested

Looks like her troubles are not yet over. After checking herself in a facility for depression in June'08, Heather Locklear apparently is arrested for driving under the influence on Saturday reports Associated Press.

Locklear, 47, was pulled over by California Highway Patrol after a resident reported that she was driving "erratically." Patrol spokesman Tom Marshall told the AP that the responding officer spotted Locklear's car parked on a state highway blocking a lane. "In talking with her, the officer determines that she seems to be under the influence of something," Marshall said.
Locklear was taken into custody, tested for drugs and alcohol, booked and released.

This is my thought - These Hollywood stars are really rich! Why can't they just get a driver? Isn't it more convenient to have a driver to chauffuer them around. Why bother driving by themselves and get arrested for apparent drunk driving. Then spent millions on lawyers to bail them out. I really wonder.........

Scarlett Johanssan hush hush wedding

It's official.

Scarlett Johanssan is no longer single. She married Ryan Reynolds in a surprise wedding on Saturday. The wedding took place in a wilderness resort near Vancouver Canada.

They have been dating since 2007 after Ryan Reynolds split from Alanis Morrisette. They annouced their engagement in May this year.

Congratulations to the couple.

Movie Legend Paul Newman dies

This is sad news....after battling cancer for a few years, movie legend Paul Newman passed away on Saturday. He was 83.

Harry Potter on Broadway....full frontal.

Daniel Radcliffe is trying his acting skill on the real deal.....a Broadway show called "Equus". Apparently he has a naked part in this play...see video. He also swears and also smokes. Not typical of what Potter is. How is he going to play sweet boy warlock Harry Potter anymore.



At least he is trying to displace his Potter image and go into something else. It is usually hard for some actor playing a super famous character and then try to find something else to act and be good at it.....very hard. Because they have that famous character envelope this actor so much that people do not see them as playing anything else.

Good Luck Daniel and hope you succeed in your new role. For me...you will always be Potter....

Holy new Batman Christian Bale

There is a new Batman in town. A new movie that they planned to shoot in Australia called Justice League...you know.. the...League??? with Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman.

The new Batman is called Armie Hammer. He is a grandson of a Oil Tychoon, 22 years old and stand at 6' 5". With his look, I think he is all set to new bigger roles soon.



Wonder Woman is played by Megan Gale, an actress and a super model. She has the stature and hair I guess to play this part...looks cool.

Remember what he did in 1998 in LA. He was arrested by the police for "Lewd" behavior. Then in 2006, he was also arrested for drug possession while slump over in his car.

Natalie Cole hospitalized....

News from People.com. Natalie Cole, daughter of legendary Nat King Cole apparently has been hospitalized in New York, as she is being treated for her liver disease.

The side effects of Cole's grueling chemotherapy treatment for the liver disease, paired with a strenuous promotional schedule in support of her just-released new album Still Unforgettable, are what led to the Grammy winner's hospitalization, her reps tell PEOPLE exclusively.

Cole, 58, was diagnosed with the liver disease in April and has been free of the hepatitis C virus since starting treatment this summer.

Chris Daughtry in CSI NY

Wow! This is so exciting.

According to people.com, American Idol winner Chris Daughtry has signed to guest star in 100th episode of CSI NY.

Daughtry apparently is set to play "an attractive 30-something year old musician."

Rumer Willis, Bruce Willis's daughter is also set to appear on the same episode. Others guest-starring in the episode are Julia Ormand, actor-rapper Nelly and NFL star Marshall Faulk.

I am only interested in Chris Daughtry. I wonder if he acts as good as he sings? :)

Linsday has not publicily admitted her relationship with "friend" Samantha Ronson.

But here have been many speculations that indicated they are more than friends.

Grey's Anatomy 5th Season is back.

I am excited about all the series returning this fall. I think I am most looking forward to LOST! I heard that Heroes will not disappoint in the new season, so that's good. Desperate Housewife will be more desperate than ever and I wonder if it will be their last season. ER have announced that it will be their last season. I have not watched ER since too long to remember but I may consider watching this last season.

Grey's Back! I am kinda a fan. Not of Meredith ok. I can't stand her. She's such a fickle minded woman.....want Derek, don't want Derek, want Derek, don't want Derek. If I was McDreamy, I would dump her in the 1st season :)

Anyway, if you all remember the ending of the last season, McDreamy and Meredith kinda got back together (finally realised that they love each other bla, bla, bla) BUT McDreamy needs to break up with his nurse girlfriend first. That was how it ended. Will they really get back together in the opening of the 5th Season??

I am sure there will be some drama eg. maybe nurse is pregnant with McDreamy's baby??? I don't know and I don't want to watch any previews, I prefer to watch it with no expectations. But it is difficult to escape here in the US because they show the snippets of the shows all the time. I have to fast enough to change the channel and mute the voice to avoid the promo snippets.

According to People.com, Miley Cyrus could be dating a new guy. He is 20 and she is 15.

Last week, Justin Gaston, a model and aspiring country singer, attended church with Miley and her family. Apparently he also attended the Disney’s Concert for Hope where Miley performed with the Jonas Brothers.

Justin Gaston met Miley Cyrus earlier this year when he was a contestant on Nashville Star, hosted by her father, Billy Ray Cyrus.

I saw a poll on US magazine.com with the question - Should Miley be dating a 20 year old guy?

Out of more than quarter of a million votes, surprisingly 82% said no! I guess many just don't want to see a 15 year old dating yet!

Ellen Degeneres the new face for Covergirl!

Well, I must say that marriage works for her.

Ellen Degeneres has confirmed that she is the new face for CoverGirl Cosmetics.

This is what she said on her show " The Ellen Degeneres show" this week.

"I am here to set the record straight right now. I am not pregnant. No, I am not. It just turned out to be a bump. I went and had it checked out," she cracks. "That's not the news. I guess some people heard and some people have not but I am the new face of CoverGirl."

Personally I am a fan of hers cos I think she is really hilarious as a talk show host but as the new face for Cover Girl Cosmetics - I kinda think it is weird. One thing I always associcated the brand to the younger teens, early 20s. Ellen is 50!! Furthermore, Ellen does not strike me as someone who is cosmetic-involved. Anyway, my 2 cents.

Her campaign is set to launch in Jan 2009. We'll see!

Despite many speculations that they are dating, neither Lindsay nor Sam have confirmed the news.

SNL - Tina Fey impersonation of Sarah Palin

Malaysian may not be familiar with Saturday Night Live (SNL)but I think it was probably shown on national TV many moons ago. Anyway it is still very popular in the US and I guess can be considered one of the longest running variety show. SNL is a weekly late-night 90-minute American sketch comedy/variety show based in New York City that debuted on October 11, 1975. It features a regular cast of typically up-and-coming comic actors, joined by a guest host and musical act.

Tina Fey returned to Saturday Night Live last weekend to impersonate Republican vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin. Amy Poehler played Hillary Clinton. Tina Fey and Amy Poehler both starred in the movie Baby Mama.

Michael Phelps hosted this opening season show and apparently the ratings were the highest since the impersonation of Al Gore in 2002.

I have not written much about Sarah Palin, I have just been observing on the stories that have been unfolding about her since she has been chosen by McCain as his Vice President in the US Presidential race.

It's been juicy and interesting. Infact nearly everyday there is a story about her in the news. Definitely giving the Republican the "celebrity" publicity they needed. Is it working well for them??

J.LO completed a TRIATHLON!

Do you know what is a Triathlon? Ok, I am not too sure either but I sure know that it is a tough race probably worse than a marathon since you have to complete 3 different sports.

Ok ok...I checked wiki and the definition is.... triathlon is an endurance sports event consisting of swimming, cycling and running over various distances

I don't think I will ever attempt one but I never thot that J.Lo would. I guess she just did not look it, in my mind.

Anyway, I am real proud of her. She has been training with her trainer Gunnar Peterson since giving birth to her twins.

She successfully competed in the Nautica Malibu Triathlon on Sunday, finishing the race in 2 hours, 23 minutes and 28 seconds with her husband Marc Anthony and fans cheering her on.

According to MTV Splash Page..where comic collides with movies.....the roles of the Riddler in the next Batman movie will be played by the one and only Johnny Depp. There is also rumor of Philip Syemour Hoffman will play the birdman Penguin. I hope this time, the Riddler will not be as lame as Jim Carrey and the Penguin will not be as ugly as Danny Devito. Johnny Depp will probably give his performance of a life time...but will it be as good as Heath Ledger as the Joker? hmmmm I think there is also some sort of connection between Johnny and Heath. Johnny will take a role that Heath was suppose to play in the movie "The Imaginarium of Dr. Parnassus". All the salary for this movie will be donated to Matilda Ledger's fund. Also in this movie, Colin Farrell and Jude Law will also play role in this movie and will also donote their proceeds earning to this fund. This is really generous gesture for a fellow actor.

It's tough when you can't reveal the man in your life...

Isn't it sad when you have a dark secret or a secret you can reveal.

Whatmore if you can't reveal who is the man you love, who you are dating, sleeping with and worse who is your baby's father!

So I kinda pity Minnie Driver. She just gave birth to a baby boy last Friday. Every mother should be happy but probably she is. But so far, she has not revealed who is the child's father only saying that the father will be involved in her child's life.

My guess is that her lover is married, probably someone famous, someone from politics or an influential businessman. What do you think? How come no tabloids have gone nosey posey to find out who is the father?

This is what she told PEOPLE Magazine in June "He's going to be a dad so yeah he's going to be there for the kid," she said. "I'm not getting married to this person and I don't know what's going to happen but everyone is cool about the situation."

Ellen DeGeneres Show - Season's Opening

This is my favourite talkshow. Ellen is funny, witty and her talk show is fast paced and her interviews are often hilarious. She usually have at least 2-3 guests on her show everyday.

It is too bad that I am not in the States this week to watch her 2008 season opening yesterday. From what I read and the little I saw, it was quite a scream!

She opened by saying "Who knew John McCain and I would have something in common? We both chose female running mates."

Her first guest of the season is Michelle Obama.

She has been working on getting her self together for months. About time!


I am happy for her!

After all the shit she has endured in her young life, it has just not been an easy road for someone who got so much fame at such a young age.



There was much buzz that she was doing the opening for the MTV VMA (Video Music Awards) ceremony. It was short and sweet, she looked a bit nervous but looked great in vintage silver Versace mini-dress. Spears took center stage, and announced, "I'm here tonight to celebrate a very important birthday." Continued Spears: "This is the 25th Video Music Awards – and it starts right now." And then she was gone!


But the night was not over for Britney, she went on to receive 3 VMAs including video of the year for her hit "Piece of Me".

She is back looking better than ever. And don't you think that her body looks great. I have enuff of her chubby looking pictures for the past few years!

Hey! I know that we are living in such a sex-up culture but there is nothing wrong when young people stand up for abstinence .

I am proud that Jordin Sparks and Jonas Brothers stand up for no sex before marriage! They all wear a promise ring or a purity ring. Essentially holding on to their virginity! Bravo to them!

In the recent VMAs, British comedian Russel Brand (who the hell is he??!) apparently poked fun at the Jonas Brothers for their purity ring. Jordin Sparks who have been very open about her virginity then spoke out against the Brand's jokes "I just have one thing to say about promise rings. It's not bad to wear a promise ring," Sparks, 18, told the crowd, off-the-cuff, "because not everybody – guy or girl – wants to be a slut."

Her comments were met with a cheer from the crowd!

Good for her and good for the Jonas Brothers! We need much more of good values in today's world!

Beyonce's 18 Carat Diamond Ring

So is she married to Jay Z or not?

There was so much buzzing about her secret wedding a few months back but none of them have officially confirmed it.

Apparently last Friday, Beyonce publicly displayed her engagement ring on the red carpet for Fashion Rocks at Radio City Music Hall in N.Y.C.

Jay Z definitely know how to make a girl happy. 18 carat flawless diamond by Lorraine Schwartz, valued at more than $5 million dollars!!

I did not know who she was until I went to US.

Anyway, Star Jones was a host on The View. Basically, she was fat and then she became thin.


Quite a transformation right!! Everyone would think she did something to lose all the weight, right?? Especially in Hollywood and you are a celebrity, all the media will be focused to to find out what happened to her.

But, Star Jones did not want to elaborate on her weight loss. She said that it is diet and exercise! Are you kidding?? To shrink from fat to thin so quickly, would anyone believe that she did not have anything "special" done?? However, everyone suspects that she had a gastric bypass but she denied it.


She started to lose her credibility. Also due to the super lavish wedding she threw and publicised when she married investment banker Al Reynolds in 2004. The wedding was so heavily promoted with sponsors and lavish expenses that the public started to feel it was wasteful and distasteful.


Her contract on The View did not get renewed. The producers were willing to let her go gracefully by telling the public that she is quitting to do something else but Star Jones dropped her own bomb on the live show by announcing that she is quiting one day without the producer's knowledge.


Since then, she has not really done anything really successful. Recently her marriage failed and there were speculations of her husband's sexual orientation.

A few months ago, in response to the publication of her former boss Barbara Walters' autobiography Audition, Star released a statement: "It is a sad day when an icon like Barbara Walters, in the sunset of her life, is reduced to publicly branding herself as an adulterer, humiliating an innocent family with accounts of her illicit affair and speaking negatively against me all for the sake of selling a book," Jones told US Magazine. "It speaks to her true character."

The public did not respond well to her statement at all since she has such credibility.

Why I am writing about Star Jones?? No reason really, just felt like sharing especially since I actually researched about her "stories" to find out more about her. That is how gossipy I am!

Josh Harnett's steamy romp caught on CCTV

Pearl Harbor's tall and handsome star Josh Harnett was caught on CCTV during his hot and steamy romp with a mystery lady.

I guess he should not be surprised since he took his romp in a public location. A library!!?? but obviously not there to read any books.

Obviously it gave a good entertainment for the hotel's staff who were watching the CCTV.

He has 14 gold medals and hold 26 world swimming records. His foundation as quoted from MSNBC ...."The program, based on a set of principles Phelps learned as a kid, will provide children with an easy-to-understand game plan for life beyond the pool, empowering them to live healthy and active lives while focusing on goal-setting, personal responsibility and discipline in day-to-day living".

Lindsay Lohan commenting on Sarah Palin??? huh?

This is really ironic. Lindsay Lohan the bad girl of hollywood wrote on her Myspace webpage about Sarah Palin. So who is Sarah Palin? Just a short desc about her.......Sarah Palin is the new VP of the Republican Presidential candidates. Right after they announced her nomination, the news came out that Sarah's teenage daughter of 17 years of age is pregnant. How can this person that could not even handle her home can run the country. Ironic! huh? There is also news about her firing of a police officer for personal reasons. Watch this....she does not know what does a VP does and criticizes this position...



OK back to Lindsay.....she wrote about we should push aside all these news and rumors about Sarah and look at her views and what she is running on. She is pro gun, anti abortion and strong christian. Lindsay also said that parents need to recognize how important it is to talk to their children about the things that can result from being sexually active if they aren't protecting themselves (birth control, condoms, etc.).....what what what? I think she should just stop commenting about other people and just look at the person in the mirror and get that right first before you have any rights of talking about other people....enuff said.

Did anyone watch Sex and The City?

Ha ha...alright, I am a late bloomer :) By now, I would say most of SATC fans would have watched the movie. I am a fan but somehow, I decided not to rush out and watch it when it first opened. I was very tempted cos the promotion of the show was pretty good but I told myself, it is alright, I will catch it at home when the DVD releases.

So, I avoided the trailers of the show as much as I could.

However, last week, a nice little angel decided to take me to the movie. I could not refuse. :)

And I loved it. To be frank, I had my skepticism on whether the movie will turn out well...I just could not imagine how a quick and fun 30 mins comedy will end up on a 2 hr big screen. I am glad that the writers did a fantastic job. They stayed true to the characters and brought out the right elements of drama fit enough for a movie.

The biggest highlight for me in the movie inwhich I laughed my head off. - Dear angelic, composed sweet Charlotte pooping in her pants. It was hilarious!!!
