Looks like her troubles are not yet over. After checking herself in a facility for depression in June'08, Heather Locklear apparently is arrested for driving under the influence on Saturday reports Associated Press.

Locklear, 47, was pulled over by California Highway Patrol after a resident reported that she was driving "erratically." Patrol spokesman Tom Marshall told the AP that the responding officer spotted Locklear's car parked on a state highway blocking a lane. "In talking with her, the officer determines that she seems to be under the influence of something," Marshall said.
Locklear was taken into custody, tested for drugs and alcohol, booked and released.

This is my thought - These Hollywood stars are really rich! Why can't they just get a driver? Isn't it more convenient to have a driver to chauffuer them around. Why bother driving by themselves and get arrested for apparent drunk driving. Then spent millions on lawyers to bail them out. I really wonder.........
