Remember that this Chris Brown. He was arrested for woman beating his girl friend Rihanna for asking him why he is texting a girl. This is what he got for wacking his girlfriend.180 days of community service.
5 years probation. So no more woman beating for him. Maybe woman can beat him up and he could not do a thing...that is an idea. IF he violates probation, he will go to jail for 4 years.
Go back to court every 3 months.
Enroll in a domestic violence counseling program.
He has to stay 10 yards away from Rihanna.
Brown is now a convicted felon and loses the following rights: To own a gun, to sit on a jury, subject to search and seizure without a search warrant and he now has limitations on travel.
Is it fair? Although he does not need to go to jail but this seems like a life hassle for the next 5 years of his life.
