Did anyone see the Malaysian contingent?

I guess the opening ceremony is happening now. I have to wait for another 7 hours to watch it here is US. It's ok, I will stop looking at internet news of the Olympics.

So at 6.30pm today, I am going to prepare a nice dinner with fried chicken and popcorn as snacks, sit back and watch the opening ceremony as if it was LIVE.

So anyone saw the Malaysian contingent? We look ok?? :)

Yeah our Malaysian contingent got one Chinese girl who dyed her hair blonde ahahahaha. Might confuse foreigners. But I think the size of the contingent is bigger than India's, which is a country of over 600 million people (is that right?). Singapore's one full of Chinese imports (cheat one, like that). Their flag bearer looked Mainland Chinese, and was letting their flag drag on the ground...

I saw Kobe Bryant. US & China's contingents are massive. Would be a good rivalry to watch.

The rest of it is pretty damn boring, like a long-ass Chinese wedding dinner - more ceremonious than celebratory.

They offer talented foreign sportsmen citizenship lah.. I guess a few countries do that. The flag bearer for USA is actually from Darfur and just got his US citizenship last year.

India's population is closing on 1.2B as we speak and CHINA 1.4B. India will overtake CHINA as the world most populous country in another 20-25 years
